pig out

hello, yesterday was my friend birthday boy did we meaning we as in myself and my boyfriend pig out. we had bake pototes and sour cream and butter, corn on the cob and let’s not forget bbq ribs . boy was it good oh yeah we had chco. cake. i do feel bad about it but i’m not gonna bet myslf up for it. i’ll just work little harder in the gym tomorrow. thanks for hearing me out i do feel a little better

back on track

well i fell off the wagon big time. well it start march 12, 2008 we had a pot luck at work for this guy who was leaving. then we went to the niagara falls. on good friday but i did eat  but i was sick kept running to the bathroom i had diarrhea i got it before the falls i had it for 2 half days. when we got home i was worry about my weight so that mon. morning i got on the scale and i didn’t gain any weight or lost so thats ok with me i’m still at 212 am back into my routine working out. i feel good eating better too. thanks for hearing me.

people at work r starting to notice that am losing weight. that’s so cool. 2 ladies came up to me today and congratulate me. that was so nice. it made me feel good. i’m getting resutls witch is very cool. and not done yet i still have a long way to go. i hope you guys r doing good keep it up. 

19 lbs

hello buddies i know it’s been so long, sorry. im so happy. i have lost total of 19 lbs.  i can’t belive i did it. this is a big deal for me, because when i was deiting before i usually lose 10 lbs or 12 then thats it i ‘ll queit deiting and working out. this is my time i feel it. my boyfriend is awsome he so supportive he makes me feel so good about myself. when i started cooking healthy, he eating healthy too.

hi buddies i feel pretty good today. after work i worked out. at my job we have a gym upstair so i do take advantage of that.  i kick some butt walked on the tread mill for 45 mins and up on level 4 kick my butt. also i was on the bike for 20 mins and got on the rowler for 10 mins i lifts some weights. i burned 495 calories counting from the michines. i don’t know how much i burn when i do weights.

i have a cold i didn’t work out today. i think i’ll work out thurdayI’ll take it easy for the next few days . i don’t want to get other people sick. i like to work out 3 to 4 days out of the week.

It’s a start

Hi the pic you see. Is on new year eve 2007. in the pic i weight 231 lbs. i realize i need to get healther. i feel like i couldn’t fit anywhere in my cloths or in a chair. now i been working out for the past month. i decide to weight myself once a month every month on the same day.  so far i have lost 11 lbs i feel good.
